The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) is a largest securities exchange in India , established in 1994 to offer a more transparent alternative to The Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE) , NSE commenced for trading in mid-1994 , The exchange operate on an automated electronic trading system that allows trades to be made,. NSE specializes in three market segment: wholesale debt, capital market, and futures and options (f&o). The instrument traded are, treasury bills, government security&bond issued by public sector companies.

Country's largest telecom operator Bharti Airtel 's consolidated net profit rose by 35.5 percent quarter-on-quarter (down 10 percent Y-o-Y) to Rs 689 crore, but consolidated revenues dropped 0.9 percent Q-o-Q (9 percent growth on yearly basis) to Rs 20,264 crore during quarter. EBITDA increased by 0.9 percent (19 percent growth year-on-year) to Rs 6,545 crore in April-June quarter.
